We are doing a Bake Sale Fundraiser on Sunday, January 12 to raise money for your students to attend Youth Convention and Fine Arts Festival (February 7-8) which will total more than $150 prior to fundraising. We will split the money evenly among all students who participate.

Location: Hartford Convention Center

YouthCon is an overnight event in Hartford, CT where student ministries within our Network gather for the purpose of drawing near to God. It is an opportunity for students to engage in corporate worship, a challenging biblical message, and develop like-minded relationships with other students around them.

Students will be sleeping in a nearby hotel and will be with chaperones for the entirety of the trip.

This is a pre-registration form. After the bake sale on January 12 you will be given a final amount to pay depending on how much is brought in from that fundraiser. (Without fundraising the total amount due will be more than $150)

Fine Arts Festival  is a discipleship tool designed to help students discover, develop, and deploy their ministry gifts and to learn about their God-given abilities and talents. If your student is interested in participating, they should be starting to plan now as February will come quickly.
